We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our busy Claims team. If you have general insurance experience or a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn; then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our vibrant, energetic business.
- You should be a high energy, self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills
- You should be a Team Player who embraces working in collaboration with others
- You should be able to multi task dealing with a high number of calls as well as prioritising claims
- You will have good written and verbal communication skills as the role will involve significant customer contact.
- You should be keen to develop your career in a company that has a focus on professional excellence and high-quality service.
- Holding a certificate in insurance or higher would be advantageous. However, if you do not hold this you must be willing to study towards this with the support of the Company.
