We are looking for a Claims Handler to join our busy Claims team, this role will focus on our commercial claims in property and liability.
If you have experience in Insurance brokering, underwriting or Claims, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our vibrant, energetic business. We are going through a continued period of growth & expansion across the Channel Islands.
You should be a high energy, self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills
You should be a Team Player who embraces working in collaboration with others
You will have good written and verbal communication skills as the role will involve significant customer contact.
You should be keen to develop your career in a company that has a focus on professional excellence and high-quality customer service. You should hold a relevant professional qualification such as DIP CII, or be willing to study towards such level.
Experience in handling complex property and commercial claims or understanding of general commercial products would be advantageous.
