About the role: Customer Service Representative
Working as a Customer Service Representative with us means you’ll be at the heart of our mission. You’ll:
- Make sure our customers have a great experience, every time.
- Work hand in hand with our team – from our Brokers to Finance
- Help us keep our good name shining bright in the insurance world.
What you’ll be doing:
- Give a warm and professional welcome to everyone, while making sure to keep to our security rules.
- Solve any product or service problems right from the start, or find the right person who can.
- Share clear details about what we offer over phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Take care of daily customer payments, making sure everything’s done just right.
- Help out your teammates with insurance paperwork and other tasks as needed.
What you’ll need:
- Good grades in Maths & English (GCSEs or the same level).
- Some experience in a busy customer service job.
- A knack for connecting with people and making them feel valued.
- The ability to clearly express ideas, both in writing and speaking.
- A talent for juggling multiple tasks and managing time well.
Nice to have:
- A beginner’s CII Professional qualification.
- Being good with office tools like Outlook.
- A sharp eye for detail and thoroughness in your work.
- A can-do attitude, especially when things get tricky.
- Curiosity and a keen interest in learning more about the insurance world.
