Like many businesses, we’re currently facing challenges beyond our control, including staff shortages. This makes it tough for us to provide the level of service you deserve. As a result, we’ve had to temporarily stop offering new Home Insurance quotes in Jersey.

Your quote will be based on the following assumptions about the home buildings and contents, and also about you and any other persons who will live with you in the home. Please tick the box to confirm that you have read the assumptions and that all persons who will live there and the home buildings and contents do satisfy these assumptions.
- The property is in a good state of repair and will be maintained as such and there has not been any previous subsidence, land heave or flooding at the property.
- The property is a standard construction with walls of concrete block, brick, granite or timber framed with concrete block exterior. The roof is tiled with slates or tiles.
- If there is an area of flat roof, it does not represent more than 25% of the total roof surface area (including any garage).
- The property is fully furnished and will not be left unoccupied for more than 60 days.
- Only you and your family will reside at the property.
- Within the total Contents amount insured, no one individual valuable item (painting, antique, ornament, silverware, work of art etc.) exceeds 5% of the total contents amount insured and no collection of valuable items exceeds a third of the total contents amount insured.
- You and any other persons who will reside with you have never been refused insurance, had a policy cancelled or renewal refused or had special terms or exclusions applied.
- You and any other persons who will reside with you have no criminal convictions. We will assume that all residents are conviction free - this means that within the last 5 years they have not had any non-motoring convictions.
- You and any other persons who will reside with you have not been charged with or warned of pending prosecutions for non-motoring offences.
- You and any other persons who will reside with you have never been declared bankrupt, had any court judgements made against them or made arrangements with creditors.
