Please tick the box to confirm that you have read the assumptions and that all persons who will live there and the home buildings and contents do satisfy these assumptions.
  • The property is in a good state of repair and will be maintained as such and there has not been any previous subsidence, land heave or flooding at the property.
  • The property is a standard construction with walls of concrete block, brick, granite or timber framed with concrete block exterior. The roof is tiled with slates or tiles.

  • The property is fully furnished and will not be left unoccupied for more than 60 days.
  • Only you and your family will reside at the property.
  • Within the total Contents amount insured, no one individual valuable item (painting, antique, ornament, silverware, work of art etc.) exceeds 5% of the total contents amount insured and no collection of valuable items exceeds a third of the total contents amount insured.
  • You and any other persons who will reside with you have never been refused insurance, had a policy cancelled or renewal refused or had special terms or exclusions applied.
