2. No Convictions:
  No one driving the car has had motoring convictions (except parking fines), criminal convictions, or parish hall sanctions in the last 5 years.
  No one is waiting for court cases or has unresolved parish hall enquiries.
3. Health to Drive:
  All drivers are medically fit to drive. Any health issues affecting driving have been reported to the local driving authority.
4. No Changes to the Car:
  The car hasn’t been modified - it’s the same as when it came from the manufacturer.
5. Who Owns the Car:
  You are the registered owner of the car.
6. Driving Abroad:
  Your policy provides limited coverage for trips outside the Channel Islands. Depending on the situation, you may be able to extend your coverage for an additional charge.
7. No Financial or Insurance Issues:
  No one driving has been bankrupt, had court judgments, or made payment deals with creditors.
  No one driving has had insurance refused, canceled, or been given special terms.
