Age Groups and Our Policy

Our driver acceptance criteria vary based on age groups, primarily segmented into:
• 17-20 years
• 21-24 years
• 25-75 years

17-20

  • Must be related to an existing policyholder such as a parent, sibling, or grandparent OR
  • Currently named on an Islands policy OR
  • An employee of our existing client OR
  • Have held a policy with Islands in the past.
  • Have made no claims or had an accident(s) in the past 3 years.
  • Have no unspent convictions.

21-24

  • Must have had a driving license for at least 3 years.
  • No claims or accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No unspent convictions.

25-75

No special requirements or criteria.
