What are your opening hours?

  • Jersey and Guernsey:  9:00 till 17:00 Monday to Friday.
  • Alderney: 8:30 till 16:30 Monday to Friday

What do I do if there is an emergency when the office is closed ?

If there’s an emergency outside office hours, follow these steps:

  1. Take immediate action to reduce further damage or loss.
  2. If you have ARAG Family Legal Protection, use the 24-hour helpline for emergency repairs.
  3. If your property can’t be lived in, arrange emergency accommodation.
  4. Contact your insurer as soon as possible.
