Making a claim
If your vehicle has been involved in an incident, please tell us about it immediately.
Even if you’re not making a claim for damage to your own vehicle, you may find yourself facing a claim from the other person involved. We will give you help and advice and deal with any claims made against you.
Our Motor Claims Guide explains what to do after a motor accident and deals with what happens next to you and your vehicle and anyone else involved. It tells you what we can do to help and which of our trusted partners you can expect to hear from.
Your policy document will explain precisely what is and is not covered. Please read your policy and schedule in detail before making a claim.
