What We Assume About You and the Drivers

Your quote is based on these conditions. Please read them carefully and confirm that you and all drivers meet them:
1. Where You've Lived:
  You and all drivers have lived in the Channel Islands or the UK for at least 2 years.
2. No Convictions:
  You or anyone who will be driving the vehicle do not have any unspent criminal convictions, have not been charged with any criminal offence (but not yet tried) or have any convictions pending.
3. Health to Drive:
  All drivers are medically fit to drive. Any health issues affecting driving have been reported to the local driving authority.
4. No Changes to the Car:
  The car hasn't been modified - it's the same as when it came from the manufacturer.
5. Who Owns the Car:
  You are the registered owner of the car.
6. Driving Abroad:
  Your policy provides limited coverage for trips outside the Channel Islands. Depending on the situation, you may be able to extend your coverage for an additional charge.
7. No Financial or Insurance Issues:
  You or anyone who will be driving has:
  - Been bankrupt or insolvent, or involved in related legal proceedings.
  - Had insurance refused, cancelled, or renewed with special terms.
  - Been subject to court judgments or recovery actions by your local government.
  - Had proposals for insurance refused or declined, either personally or for a business.
What We Assume About You and the Drivers

  No driver, business partner, or director has:
  - Been bankrupt or insolvent, or involved in related legal proceedings
  - Had insurance refused, cancelled, or renewed with special terms
  - Been disqualified from being a company director
  - Been subject to court judgments or recovery actions by your local government
  - Had proposals for insurance refused or declined, either personally or for a business
8. No Legal or Safety Breaches:
  No one involved in the business has:
  - Been convicted, charged, or cautioned for breaching Health & Safety or Environmental Protection laws
  - Been served a prohibition or improvement notice under health and safety laws
9. No Hazardous Goods or Sites:
  No one involved in the business has:
  - The vehicle doesn't carry hazardous goods as defined by the Carriage of Dangerous Goods Regulations
  - You don’t regularly visit hazardous sites or industries, unless you've told us
10. All Drivers Have the Right Licence:
  Everyone who drives the vehicle holds the correct, valid licence required by law for that vehicle.
