We have an exciting new position within our business for a Team Manager.
You will be working in conjunction with the Head of Trading and the Development Manager in leading & managing the designated team to ensure it delivers agreed budgets and business plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the team consistently identifies and meets current and emerging general insurance needs of our Personal & Commercial clients meeting customer satisfaction, quality and regulatory expectations whilst observing our values.
What you will need
- Experience of leading and managing in a customer focused and performance driven environment is preferred
- Track record of successfully delivering goals and objectives through teams
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement and managing change
- Experience of working and managing in a regulated environment
